When you create an account, we collect your email address and username. Our authentication provider handles your password and sign-in session; the website does not keep a separate password database. When you complete the training assessment, we collect the name, email address, training experience, preferred workout frequency, and primary goal you provide. When you request a coaching call, we collect your name, email, preferred coaching format and option, goal, call availability, and any note you choose to send. If you send a peptide research question, we receive your selected topics, question, and account email by email. We keep request identifiers and times for abuse prevention. Basic technical records may also be created by our hosting provider to keep the website secure and operating correctly.

We use your account information to verify peptide research inquiries and, when connected, other Utmost products. You can browse the website and learning library without an account. We use assessment information to create and save your result, contact you about Utmost product development and early access after you consent, improve the planned training experience, and protect the website from abuse. We use coaching requests to reply about a fit call and possible coaching; they do not add you to the app marketing list. A copy of a coaching request may be emailed to Cameron as an owner notification. We use research questions only to respond with educational information and studies. We do not sell your personal information.

Assessment updates are sent only after you actively consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the instructions in an email or by contacting us through the official account below.

Account sign-in is provided by Supabase. Information is also processed using service providers that support website hosting, data storage, and communications. We keep account and assessment information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account, assessment, or coaching inquiry information through the contact method below. You may reset your password from the sign-in page and unsubscribe from product updates at any time. We may need to verify your request before completing it.

Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information through the general website assessment, coaching request, or research question form. Contact an appropriate licensed professional for medical or clinical nutrition needs.

We may update this policy as Utmost Muscle develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated when required.
