Keep the body adapting
Build enough consistency to measure progress, then change the stimulus when a different demand would better serve the goal.
Cameron McCleve built Utmost Muscle around a simple idea: create a clear stimulus, observe the response, and make the next decision from what actually happened.

The idea
Muscle building, longevity, and fat loss look different on the surface. Underneath, they all require enough structure to learn, enough patience to adapt, and the judgment to change course when the evidence calls for it.
Build enough consistency to measure progress, then change the stimulus when a different demand would better serve the goal.
Strengthen useful positions and ranges gradually so training expands what you can do instead of shrinking your options.
Track what matters, keep food flexible, and adjust training or nutrition from the response instead of chasing perfection.
Meet the founder

Cameron McCleve has spent nearly 15 years bodybuilding and has competed twice: in Classic Physique at the NPC Utah Classic on October 14, 2017, and in Men's Physique and Classic Physique at the NPC Linear Idaho Cup in Boise on October 17, 2026.
His education in training, recovery, health, and nutrition has been self-directed rather than degree-based—built through years under the bar, continual personal research, published studies, trusted long-form educators, and honest attention to what works in practice.
That experience became the product thesis for Utmost Muscle: keep enough consistency to measure progress, then evolve the plan when a different stimulus can serve the next adaptation. Cameron remains the founder and voice behind the method; the planned app is designed to make that system useful without requiring every member to hire him as a one-to-one coach.
On stage
Preparing for the stage has made training and nutrition more than theory for Cameron. Both shows called for a plan, steady work, and adjustments based on what his body was actually doing.
