CJC no DAC + Ipamorelin: mechanism, claims, and evidence gaps
The catalog combines CJC no DAC (modified GRF 1–29) with ipamorelin. CJC no DAC is intended to stimulate the growth hormone–releasing hormone receptor; ipamorelin acts through the ghrelin or growth-hormone secretagogue receptor. Using two pathways together is a plausible way to affect growth-hormone release, but a plausible mechanism is not proof of better health or gym outcomes. [1,2]
What evidence applies to this exact blend?
The often-cited CJC-1295 human studies measured growth hormone and IGF-1 after a long-acting molecule with DAC. That is a different formulation from modified GRF without DAC. FDA's compounding review distinguishes the forms and identifies uncertainties about identity, immunogenicity, and safety. [1]
Ipamorelin has its own mechanistic and clinical research, but it does not establish the effect of mixing it with no-DAC CJC. We did not identify a controlled human trial showing that the exact combination improves muscle mass, fat loss, sleep, or recovery. Even if a blend changes hormone levels, those clinical outcomes require direct tests. [1,2]
Safety and sport
Injected research peptides carry product-quality and immune-reaction uncertainties. Changing growth-hormone and IGF-1 signaling may also matter for people with active cancer, diabetes, or other endocrine conditions, and long-term safety of this blend is untested. WADA prohibits growth hormone secretagogues and GHRH analogues in tested sport. [1–3]
REPORTED PRACTICE
How much?
SOURCE CONTEXT
What it refers to
anecdotal practice amount published by Jay Campbell.
200 mcg of each component by subcutaneous injection daily, five days on and two off — anecdotal practice amount published by Jay Campbell. He describes an 8–10 week cycle. This is what an educator reports, not a dose validated in a trial of this exact blend, and it is not a safety guarantee. [4]
Read detailed dosing notes
Vial total milligrams, component ratio, and delivery accuracy would have to be known before even interpreting a blend label. No effective and safe adult fitness dose has been established for this product. [1,2,4]
