CORE45 (TB4 + BPC-157 + KPV): evidence for the blend
CORE45 is a catalog blend labeled as 25 mg TB4, 10 mg BPC-157, and 10 mg KPV, for 45 mg total. Those numbers describe the claimed contents of the vial, not a treatment dose. Its marketing idea is tissue repair and lower inflammation, but combining ingredients does not prove an additive or safer clinical effect. [1]
What does each ingredient contribute to the idea?
Thymosin beta-4 has been examined in a small topical venous-ulcer trial. That research used a topical preparation in patients with a specific wound type, not an injected three-peptide blend. BPC-157 has mainly preclinical repair research, with inadequate human evidence for ordinary muscle or tendon injuries. KPV is proposed as an anti-inflammatory fragment, but FDA states it has not identified human exposure data for KPV drug products by any route. [2,3]
What has been studied for CORE45 itself?
We did not identify a randomized human trial of this exact TB4 + BPC-157 + KPV combination. No study establishes that the three ingredients together heal an injury, improve recovery time, or reduce inflammation in otherwise healthy adults. Results from one ingredient, species, or route cannot be added together to calculate blend efficacy. [1–3]
Safety and product quality
FDA identifies immune-reaction, peptide-impurity, and characterization concerns for BPC-157 and emphasizes the missing human safety information for KPV. A blend also makes it harder to know which component caused an unwanted effect. Its supplier label alone does not verify sterility, identity, or dose delivery. [1,3]

EVIDENCE CONTEXT
Why?
The cited evidence does not establish a dose for this use or product.
No established human dose exists for CORE45. The 25 + 10 + 10 mg figures are per-vial contents. We found no credible, attributable anecdotal regimen for this exact three-ingredient blend that could be presented as a standard practice amount. Topical TB4 trial concentrations and single-ingredient anecdotes cannot be converted into a safe or effective CORE45 injection schedule. [1–3]
