Peptides
Prostamax: prostate-tissue culture, not symptom relief
What is it?
Prostamax is a peptide bioregulator marketed for prostate-tissue support. The tissue-specific idea comes from experimental culture work, not a proven clinical targeting system. [1]
What do studies show?
A Russian-language study compared several short peptides in organotypic tissue cultures from young and old rats. Prostamax at 0.05 ng/mL stimulated corresponding prostate explants under laboratory conditions. This finding does not establish relief of urinary frequency, enlarged prostate, prostatitis, or prostate cancer in people. There was no human intervention or clinical outcome in the cited study. [1]
Safety
Urinary symptoms can have several causes, and prostate cancer requires assessment with established tools. A culture experiment provides no evidence about whole-body safety, drug interactions, or purity of this research vial.

EVIDENCE CONTEXT
Why?
The cited evidence does not establish a dose for this use or product.
The 0.05 ng/mL figure is the concentration in a laboratory tissue culture, not a human dosage. No safe/effective adult Prostamax schedule or reliable exact-product anecdotal dose was identified. [1]
